The venue math
Premium U.S. wedding markets like the Hamptons, Napa, and Aspen have seen venue and catering pricing climb sharply over the past decade, driven by concentrated demand in a small number of towns. Mallorca has more available inventory, from working fincas to boutique hotels, spreading demand across a much wider set of properties.
The service math
Skilled catering, floral, and event labor costs on Mallorca generally run below equivalent U.S. luxury-market rates, even at the island's top properties. That gap alone often accounts for a meaningful share of the total savings.
The honest caveat
Mallorca isn't cheap in absolute terms, six-figure weddings happen here regularly. It's cheaper relative to what the same guest experience, venue, catering, and service quality would cost in a comparable American luxury market, airfare included.
